About Tax Agents

A registered Tax Agent is authorised by the Tax Practitioners Board to prepare and lodge tax returns, provide tax advice, and represent clients in dealings with the Australian Taxation Office. It is a legal requirement for anyone providing tax agent services for a fee to be registered.
